Mr.Vijay Kulkarni, Chiarman

Mr. Vijay Kulkarni founder member RAPID secured MSW from Tata Institute of Social science, Mumbai and NTP from IIM Ahmedabad. He was a banker before working as a Director of a NGO, 'RUDSET'. Has also worked with BASIX Micro finance institution as Associate Vice President. He has been involved with many social enterprise in senior management capacity.

Vani completed her post graduation in Clinical Psychology from Mumbai University. She has been working with RAPID for the past 15 years with a purpose of seeing it as a place for happiness for women in distress. Under her leadership RAPID has rehabilitated more than 3000 women.
